At Sandy Jewelry, each piece is carefully handcrafted by our founder, Sandy Hidalgo, ensuring exclusivity, attention to detail, and artisanal quality. For this reason, our return and exchange policy reflects the unique nature of our products.

Online Purchases

All sales made through our online store are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for purchases made on our website, as many of our pieces are handcrafted and often made to order or customized.

In-Store Purchases

  • For purchases made directly at our physical store, we offer exchanges only within the first 24 hours of purchase, provided that:

    • The item is in perfect condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

    • The original receipt is presented.

    • The item has not been personalized, engraved, or modified upon request.

  • We do not offer cash or credit card refunds under any circumstances.
    Only exchanges for another item of equal or greater value (paying the difference) will be accepted.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Custom or engraved items.

  • Altered or visibly used/damaged pieces.

  • Purchases outside the 24-hour in-store exchange window.
